At Stacks of Tyres, we are committed to delivering accurate and professional wheel alignment services. To ensure this service is carried out safely and correctly, the following terms apply to all wheel alignment bookings:
1. Suspension Modifications
- We do not perform alignments on vehicles with aftermarket suspension modifications (e.g., coilovers, lowering springs, air suspension, lifted setups).
- Only minor suspension modifications, such as OEM-style replacement components, are accepted.
2. Suspension Condition
- All suspension components (e.g., ball joints, bushings, control arms) must be in good condition.
- If worn or faulty parts are identified, the alignment will not be carried out until repairs are completed.
- We reserve the right to refuse service if the suspension is unsafe or unsuitable.
3. Accident Damage
We do not perform alignments on vehicles that have been involved in major accidents or show signs of chassis/structural damage.
4. Tyre Condition
- All tyres must be road legal and in suitable condition.
- Tyres that are excessively worn, unevenly worn, or damaged must be replaced before alignment can proceed.
5. Previous Alignment Issues
We encourage customers to inform us of any past or current alignment issues (e.g., pulling to one side, uneven tyre wear, off-centre steering wheel) to aid in accurate diagnosis.
6. Wheel Setup
We accept vehicles with stock or aftermarket wheels. Please note that wheels with non-standard offsets may affect alignment outcomes.
7. Non-Disclosure & Refund Policy
- If any of the above conditions are not disclosed at booking and we cannot complete the alignment, no refund will be issued.
- Please contact us in advance if you’re unsure whether your vehicle qualifies for alignment.
